Take a hike!

Hiking is a great activity because there’s so much variety in what you can do, and you’ll burn a TON of calories! Take a hike with a friend this Saturday morning, or take your whole family and pack a picnic. A few tips for your next hike:
Check the weather and dress appropriately, including comfy shoes and sunscreen
Carry water
Eat a small snack prior to beginning your hike, and pack one in case you start to get hungry/fatigued
Bring your camera!
