Not all alcoholic beverages have to be high in sugar.... try using real fruit in your blended drinks instead of processed mixers!
5 oz cranberry juice (Tip: look for juice with no added sugars, such as high fructose corn syrup- or better yet, use a handful of real cranberries!)
5 oz pineapple juice (Tip: look for 100% pineapple juice or use a handful of real pineapple)
6 oz ice
Blend all ingredients in blender until smooth. Garnish with a wedge of fresh-cut pineapple!
